Return Policy and Shipping Information

Shabby Sheep and Ewe of Columbus, IN, wants you to be satisfied with your order. To ensure the quality of the products that you receive, we offer a return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product when you receive it or you ordered too much, you may return the product for a store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Yarn must be returned in its original condition. Yarn cannot be returned if it has been wound, unraveled, knitted and rewound onto the skein/ball, or has absorbed odor such as smoke, making it unacceptable to be resold.

Shipping costs on return items are the responsibility of the customer. However, if we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping cost. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you immediately to see if you want to wait for the item to come in or cancel the order. We cannot accept returns on patterns, books, magazines, and needles. If your needle breaks, please contact us, and we can order a replacement for you in the same needle size and brand.

Sale items are a final sale. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please keep the original package and contact the carrier and our store immediately. We will work with the carrier to replace the damaged item.

We are closed on Sunday; otherwise most orders will ship within 24 hours.

Shipping

We always use the most economical and secure shipping method. We use both U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Smaller packages will usually ship USPS with a tracking number. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.
